Q: When will my order ship?

A: It is our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on the contents of your order. On every product page there is a statement about the typical ship time for that item. The shipping time can vary for different sizes of the same product. We will only ship your order once everything in the order is able to ship together. Please note: “typically ships within [# of days]” is estimating the number of days before your order ships from our warehouse. This is not to be confused with the transit time from our warehouse to your location (“delivery time”).

All shipping times are based on our Monday through Friday business hours. Orders will not be shipped from our facility on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders over $49.99 and standard shipping is only $5.99 for all other orders within the United States. Standard shipping delivery time varies depending on your location, however most orders have a delivery time of between 3 – 10 business days. While we tend to use USPS for most orders when standard shipping is selected, the specific carrier and shipping service used for standard shipping is at our sole discretion. We also offer shipping options for the United States and internationally via USPS, UPS and DHL Express at competitive rates.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: Customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns on all products that are new, unused and in the original packaging. If a qualifying product is returned within 30 days (from the time you receive the order) you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method(s) used. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please visit our Shipping and Returns Policy page for more information on returns. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We currently offer shipping to over 40 countries around the world. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. If you do not see a shipping option for your country, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

All sales are in US Dollars.

Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy and are separate from the purchase price and shipping charges collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees, and shipment delays due to customs, if any. If you are concerned about possible additional charges or delays due to customs, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information.

Q: Do you charge sales tax in my state?

A: We currently charge sales tax in North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC).
